COFOUNDER-CEO
He graduated from MFA Cinematography Program in New York Film Academy. He also took some filmmaking classes from NYU when he was in New York. The films which he worked as a Director Of Photography, were selected in many international film festivals including Toronto Film Festival, London Film Festival and Istanbul film Festival. After 7 years of experience in New York he moved back to Istanbul and established XOVR with Murat. He finds this medium a great opportunity to work on creating new tools/toys and on new approaches to the stories while producing 360 3D VR movies.
MURAT KARABACAK
COFOUNDER-HEAD OF POST
He graduated from Visual Communication Design at Bilgi University. Then he has worked in different parts of the post production departments of several TV shows, festival movies, documentaries and commercials. His past 10 years of experience in post and his passion to the computer games and music put him in the same direction of XOVR. He cofounded the company with Ugur in 2015. He is the wizard of the company.
